Foods with iron include lean beef, lamb, egg yolks, oysters, whole grains, beets, beans, barley, spinach, onions, and peaches.

Too much salt leads to water retention, which you are vulnerable too. Try cutting back on your salt intake, as well as coffee and alcohol, which can disturb the emotions.
